With a strong knowledge of both construction and real estate marketing, Rodwell has been responsible for multi-funded projects ranging from $100 thousand to $31 million. He has experience in all aspects of income forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, construction accounting and cost controls. Rodwell leads Rodwell Building Services business development and real estate services team, providing clients with superior leadership acquiring and exchanging custom properties, including hiring professional and technical constructors, implementing design, writing comprehensive development plans, and installing effective solutions to their improvement objectives through direct sales, leasing and government markets.
Among his significant previous positions, Rodwell served as Capital Improvement Lead to JLL, a NYSE and Fortune 100 multinational real estate management company. In addition, Rodwell was a CIAP Maintenance and Modernization consultant to HUD and Local Housing Authorities nationwide and an integral Funding Acquisition proposal team member, where he led project proposal valuations, due diligence, deal parameter, and negotiation processes. Rodwell pursues a Master of Business Administration degree in International Finance with a Minor in Supply Chain Management at the University of Maryland University College.
